Both of these sacs contain a material that resembles white cheese, or toothpaste. The filling is foul smelling and consists of soggy keratin, which is the material that hair and the outer layer of your skin are made of.

Your cyst can be drained by inserting a needle into it and expelling the filling into an empty syringe. Though this method can significantly reduce the size of the bump, it will reappear eventually.
