Speculation continues over whether or not Kim Kardashian had a little work done to help get her pre-baby body back after daughter North West was born last summer. Kim adamantly denies that she had any procedures done recently and accredits her slimmer figure to “hard work” (diet and exercise). She has apparently lost 50 pounds (some speculate up to 70 pounds) since giving birth and accredits much of the weight loss to the Atkins (low carb) diet and hiking. Celebrities have lots of pressure to look their absolute best at all times. They are almost expected to just snap back into shape immediately after giving birth.
Perez Hilton reported that an unidentified “source” revealed that Kim underwent thousands of dollars in “body sculpting” treatments for her stomach and thighs. The world will likely never forget this infamous photo that Kim tweeted of herself last month. There is no doubt about it that the new mom looks as gorgeous as ever, but some are still wondering if she did indeed have some help to get her shape back so quickly. Celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson, who has worked with Kim in the past, said that Kim is not enlisting her help and is just taking time being a new mom. Because Kim hasn’t gone into training overdrive, the public is wondering if she has truly lost the weight herself, or if she has had cosmetic procedures to help.
Plastic surgery is a hot topic for Kim’s other half, Kanye West. As we know, Kanye’s mother Donda died tragically after undergoing a breast reduction/liposuction procedure a few years ago. Some reports that have come out within the past few days allege that Kim and Kanye have a prenuptial agreement in the works (for when they do get married) that bans either of them from ever going under the knife. We have no idea if this rumor is even remotely accurate, but we do understand why Kanye would be reluctant to let anyone close to him have a risky, elective surgery.
We may never know the truth about what work Kim has or has not had done, but we can say this new mom looks great. If you are considering having plastic surgery or other cosmetic procedures, make sure to consult with an expert first.
